With over two decades of experience behind the chair, Beckee leads BA Salon Collective’s education program with a rare blend of technical mastery and genuine heart. As Beckee’s right hand in stylist training, Alayna helps guide apprentices through hands-on learning with patience, clarity, and care. Her position on the creative team with Chromadaddy has brought so much to the team.

Naomi is the visionary force behind BA Salon Collective. As Owner and Operations Manager, she leads with both creativity and strategy—balancing business growth, team development, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. With over two decades of experience as a licensed stylist, Naomi is known for her expertise in color correction and creative problem-solving, offering solutions that restore both the hair’s integrity and the client’s confidence.
Naomi is one of the main team members for the creative team at Chromadaddy.
As the founder of the BA Bridal Team and Creative Director of BA Productions, Naomi has built an ecosystem where artistry, education, and empowerment come together. Though she no longer accepts new guests, she continues to shape every aspect of the salon experience—mentoring her team, directing creative projects, and cultivating a culture where beauty and purpose meet.
For over three years, Emily has been a trusted and compassionate member of BA Salon Collective, known for her calm energy and genuine care for every guest. With extensive experience behind the chair, she leads our Sensory-Friendly Haircut Program, creating safe and inclusive salon experiences for children and adults with sensory sensitivities, including those on the autism spectrum.

As an active member of the Chromadaddy Creative Team and a current instructor at Paul Mitchell The School, Rian brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a true commitment to education. Charlize is a second-year apprentice at BA Salon Collective, training directly under Naomi while also learning from Beckee and Alayna through our in-house education program. Their dedication, curiosity, and artistic eye have quickly made them an essential part of both the salon and production teams.
Working hands-on with Naomi’s guests, Charlize provides support with color applications, styling, and client care—building a strong technical foundation and professional confidence. They also assist on set with BA Productions, gaining experience in creative direction, session styling, and collaborative artistry.

Riley brings experience, passion, and a refreshing sense of authenticity to BA Salon Collective. Originally from Macomb County, she has spent years perfecting her craft while serving clients across Metro Detroit—most recently in Taylor—before joining our team.
With a long-standing love for perms and hair extensions, Riley offers a unique blend of classic and modern techniques that celebrate texture, movement, and volume. She’s also the creator of Beauty Beyond The Chair hair extensions, her own premium line designed to deliver customized, high-quality transformations for every guest.

Carly is in her first year of apprenticeship at BA Salon Collective, working directly under Beckee with education support from Alayna and Naomi. Her enthusiasm, creativity, and drive to learn make her a standout among our next generation of stylists.
