The collaboration between Naomi Trotto and Matt Razook began in the fall of 2024, rooted in a shared vision for creativity.
After the BA team first experienced Chromadaddy color, they immediately recognized its potential—bold, saturated pigment, creative flexibility, and results that aligned perfectly with the salon’s artistic direction.
By the end of 2024, BA Productions partnered with Matt and Greg Snider of Noun Photography to produce commercial imagery showcasing Chromadaddy color across wigs and live models.
What began as a creative shoot quickly evolved into a full-scale visual campaign. Throughout 2025, the collaboration expanded rapidly. Together, the teams produced six editorial and commercial shoots, pushing the boundaries of vivid color, texture, and presentation.
During this time, Chromadaddy experienced exponential growth—scaling far beyond initial expectations as demand for the brand surged. As innovation accelerates and new shades are continually developed, we paused production to focus on expansion and product development.
Now in 2026, the partnership has evolved into something even more tangible: Chromadaddy has expanded into a physical presence within BA Salon Collective.
Rooted in Michigan—home to both the salon and Matt’s origins—the collaboration comes full circle, bringing the brand directly to the community that shaped it.
Much of Chromadaddy’s rapid rise can also be attributed to its strong presence at Rainbow Convention, where the brand gained recognition among artists and industry leaders for its bold, unapologetic approach to color.
Together, Chromadaddy and BA Salon Collective continue to push creative boundaries, merging artistry, innovation, and real-world application in a way that is both elevated and accessible.
